This is a wonderful property. It is in a great location and close to I 71 and I 275 highways as well as business in and around downtown Blue Ash. Very clean and well maintained property. Full Size refrigerator with a microwave and 2 burner cooktop and sink. You can request a kit that includes dishes and cooking supplies based on availability which is better than eating off paper plates. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and appreciates your business. I would highly recommend this property.
We booked our room at 60% off through Priceline and we weren't sure what to expect. We were very pleased once we got here though. The room wasn't very big, but it was just enough. Small kitchenette (which was awesome and saved us money, since we could cook our own food on the mini stoves), tons of restaurants close by (if you don't wanna cook), rooms were clean and the staff is very friendly.
Very nice staff. Room was clean and staff provided cooking utensils and dishes if needed. Grounds needed more attention as garbage cans were overflowing. Also dog friendly. Will stay again.
Great place on a budget and super clean and friendly service! I especially liked the front desk associate Danielle! She’s excellent! I travel a lot, all around America, and I always like to give a shout-our to front desk staff who go above and beyond and are super professional.
I was a 3 month resident at the Extended Stay on Kenwood road. The service was wonderful. Kellie at the front desk was always so helpful, professional and considerate. The locations was so convenient to major highways and I always felt safe. Thx to the staff at this location
I felt safe and comfortable here, as it was near several other hotels, all of which were fully crowded, including Extended Stay America. This is because it is near many businesses and close to highway exits. The room was great for me because it was only me there alone and I don't need much room lol. It had decent A/C, a working refrigerator, small oven and kitchen sink. The room - including the shower - was very neat and clean. It felt cozy to me.
My roommate and I stayed here for 6 months while we struggled to find an apartment. The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional, and they took very good care of us. Shelly, the manager, did a spectacular job in keeping the place clean and adding chairs and things to the front lobby. Corey and Kathryn were also extremely helpful whenever I had an issue with my key or needed anything. There were several staff members at the front desk who were extremely helpful in this regard. The housekeepers were also very kind. We did not use housekeeping, but any time I interacted with the housekeepers, they were very polite and professional, and I think they did an excellent job keeping the hotel clean. We really felt at home for our long stay, and the prices weren’t too unreasonable. I think my only complaint would have to be the wifi, but it behaved as I expected it would, if I’m honest. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay very pleasant and easy!!
